Logging InEveryone

Every school on AthenaStar gets its own private workspace at yourschool.athenastar.org (or the path-based equivalent your admin may have shared). Your login screen is branded with your school's name and logo, so you know you're in the right place.

Step 1 — Open your school's login page

Your Admin will send you an email with your workspace address. If you have a direct link, bookmark it. The global platform login at athenastar.org/login/ also works — it finds your school automatically from your email address.

Step 2 — Enter your credentials

Type the email address or username your school registered for you, then your password. AthenaStar accepts either — you don't need to remember which one your school used.

Step 3 — First-time login & password reset

If this is your first time, the Admin may have set a temporary password for you. Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page, enter your email, and you'll receive a six-digit verification code by email within a minute. Enter the code on the next screen and choose a new password (at least 8 characters, with a mix of upper/lowercase, numbers, and a symbol).

Troubleshooting

• Invalid credentials — check Caps Lock and try "Forgot Password?" to reset.
• Account blocked — contact your school Administrator to unblock your account.
• "School not found" — confirm the workspace URL with your Admin; the slug in the address bar is case-sensitive.
• Code not arriving — check your spam/junk folder; the code expires in 15 minutes.
