Simple, Per-Student Pricing
Pay for what your school actually has — billed monthly or termly per enrolled student, or save with an annual plan.
Choose how you'd like to be billed.
Four billing cycles, one per-student rate — monthly, every three months, every six months, or yearly (with a discount). Your invoice is recalculated against your actual enrolled student count at every renewal, so you only ever pay for who's really on the roll.
Plus a one-time GHS 50.00 setup/processing fee when your school first goes live. You pick your billing cycle right on the sign-up form.
One plan. All modules. Choose your billing cycle.
AthenaStar is a single full-featured platform — every module (fees, payroll, academics, canteen, hostel, transport and more) is included. See the full feature list → You simply choose how often you'd like to be invoiced.

Pricing FAQ
How is my bill calculated?
At every renewal we count exactly how many students are active in your school's database that day and multiply by the per-student rate — no manual reconciliation needed.
Can I switch my billing cycle later?
Yes — contact support and we'll adjust it for your next renewal.
What happens if a payment is late?
Your Admin gets a heads-up 5, 3, and 1 day before each renewal is due. A short grace period follows a missed payment before access pauses — your data is never deleted.
